hd: nghttp2_frame_hd

The frame header.

last_stream_id: i32

The last stream stream ID.

error_code: u32

The error code. See :type:nghttp2_error_code.

opaque_data: *mut u8

The additional debug data

opaque_data_len: usize

The length of |opaque_data| member.

reserved: u8

Reserved bit. Currently this is always set to 0 and application should not expect something useful in here.
